For the continuing good health of everyone, we have adopted measures recommended when conducting our Home Inspections, as outlined below:
Please do not attend if you:
- are meant to be self-isolating
- have recently been in a high-risk country or region
- have been in close contact with someone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19
- do not feel well – stay home and/or seek medical assistance
- You must ‘sign in’ using the SafeWA App or on our Paper based Register.

People are required to wear a mask.

There is a 20-person limit on those attending an inspection or auction. People attending must observe the four-square metre capacity rule.

Please do not touch fixtures, fittings and furniture within the property. As an alternative, we offer to demonstrate the functionality of any devices, if required.
- Please do not use the toilets.
- Please practice good hand and cough/sneeze hygiene - Alcohol-based hand sanitiser is available, and we request you use it.
- Please minimise physical contact – no handshaking and other physical greetings.
- Please adopt the recommended social distancing measures (1.5 metres of healthy distance between each of us).
